I have been appointed as counsel to assist the Court in these areas in the Family Court, High Court, Supreme Court and Maori Land Court. I have been instrumental in developing the law in a number of the leading cases where I have been counsel. I know what the law is now. I have an instinct for what the law should be, and how it will develop. These factors are crucial in every client’s trial / settlement risk assessment, and the terms upon which they will settle.
